Hockley, owner of Blitzcreek Pro
Fishing Chris has been a full time fishing guide during the summer months, providing chartered fishing trips on the Kawartha Chain of
lakes since 1990. Chris is currently the
Canadian Marketing Manager for Pure
Fishing
and pro-staffs for numerous other companies.
He fishes tournaments throughout North America, runs promotional fishing
programs, does seminars and runs many kids fishing events throughout the year
including seminars for the OFAH Get
Outdoors Program at fishing and sportsmen's
shows.
Chris is a national award winning outdoor
writer,
photographer and active member of the
Outdoor Writers of
Canada where he currently holds the position of 2nd
Vice President. He writes his own column "Guide Lines" for the
Scugog Standard
and Just Fishing, is a Field
Editor for
Outdoor Canada and Senior Editor/Columnist for
Bassman Magazine and freelances for a number of national and
provincial outdoor publications such as
Ontario Out of Doors and Real Fishing.Chris has extensive television experience in front of the camera as well as behind the scenes.
